Disc Rescue Network

Lost-and-found software that courses use to log found discs, notify owners by text, and run claims and pickups from one dashboard.

What to know

Disc Rescue Network is sold to courses rather than players, at $30 a month, and stays free for anyone trying to recover a disc. Staff photograph a disc and a vision model fills in whatever is written on it, attaching a confidence score to each field. The system then texts the owner, runs the claim through a check that matches the phone number on the disc and sends a one-time code, and counts down an automatic surrender window so a course does not have to decide for itself how long to hold plastic.

More detail

It began as a tool one of its founders built while volunteering on the lost and found at Tranquility Trails in New Jersey, where the process was buckets, a Facebook group, and a notebook. It now runs the lost and found at Maple Hill, and a rebuilt version 2.0 was announced in November 2025. There is no free trial; a demo is arranged instead.
