Disc-Connected
A free lost-and-found board for New Zealand and Australian disc golf that connects owners and finders without either side's contact details going public.
A web app for cataloguing discs and tracking which bag each one is in, with a public lost-and-found library alongside it.
The core of Disc Vault is inventory. A disc is added with flight numbers and a photo, from which the app picks a dominant colour so a bag can be scanned visually, and then assigned to a bag. Checking a bag out marks its discs as out, so the inventory stays consistent rather than drifting between what is recorded and what is actually carried.
Its Lost & Found Library is public and needs no login to browse. Lost reports carry the course, area, ink details, notes and any reward offered; found posts carry photos, flight numbers, ink and location, and both can be filtered by course, manufacturer, colour, plastic and status. The library held no entries when this was checked, so the feature is built but not yet carrying community traffic.
