QR stickers and an iOS and Android app that let whoever finds a disc notify its owner without either side sharing contact details.
A stick-on disc tracker that plays a melody once a preset timer runs out, sold as a water-resistant original and a lighter, longer-timer version.
DiscFinder sells two models. The Original V1 weighs 8 grams across a 32mm body, offers timers from 30 seconds to 3 minutes and one melody at about 85 dB, takes a replaceable CR1632 cell, and has been tested by the company in fresh water to 50cm. The Tiny V2 weighs 3 grams across 28mm, runs timers from 1 to 20 minutes with four melodies at about 80 dB, remembers its settings between rounds, and uses a CR1216 that cannot be replaced; its open design is stated not to be water-resistant.
DiscFinder AS operates from Drøbak, Norway. Its founder began with Bluetooth trackers in autumn 2023 and moved to sound after running into attachment, durability, and ease-of-use problems, which is why no model here connects to a phone. The shop also carries Latitude 64 discs and spare 3M mounting tape alongside the trackers.
