Discbuddy

A free iOS and Android app for trading discs with players nearby, with round-finding, community chat rooms, a daily quiz, and a coach that reads imported UDisc rounds.

What to know

Discbuddy is built around a trade bag: a player marks discs in their own bag as available, browses other players' bags, and proposes or counters a trade from the bag itself. The marketplace sorts by municipality first and region second, so what surfaces is what can be collected in person, and each trade is tracked to completion and closed with reviews on both sides. Around that sit player search, posted play plans others can join, direct messages, community rooms split by talk, technique, courses, and tournaments, a daily ten-question quiz feeding a monthly leaderboard with prizes, and in-app news.

More detail

The coaching feature imports rounds from UDisc and returns a breakdown of where strokes are going rather than coaching live. The app is free to download, released on 2026-09-02, and at version 1.0.3 on 2026-09-21; it is published by Jonathan Lindecrantz as an individual seller, and carries no ratings yet. The site's own privacy policy still says the app is coming soon to both stores, which the store records contradict.
