Discbase Tournament Software
Tournament and club software for disc golf federations, with registration, live scoring on players' phones, results, series standings, and member and dues management, plus a public tournament calendar.
What to know
Registration handles waitlists, wildcards, division caps, and entry waves set by PDGA rating, and formats run from stroke play and doubles to match play with groups, knockout, or Swiss rounds. A week before each event, its players get the Discbase Caddy, an installable page with tee times, groups, a site map, a hole-by-hole caddie book, and announcements that also works without signal. Directors get QR check-in, on-site payment, and an ace pot.
More detail
Discbase is run by Sascha Derp in Vienna, works in German and English, and carries the PDGA Authorized Developer mark. A federation pays one annual licence and its member clubs use the platform at no extra cost. It scored the Austrian club team championship in Wels in September 2026, and its public changelog lists updates on 30 days between 2026-09-07 and 2026-10-19.
